酒店距離城堡有一段距離，但步行可至，周邊環境清靜。難得有地下停車場，自駕方便。房間面積適中，陳設簡單，沒有冰箱、保險櫃。早餐中規中矩。

房間有點小，環境不錯，整潔，服務好

這個酒店很漂亮，房間大而寬敞，洗澡的熱水很大，還貼心的贈送了早餐，以及延遲退房服務，下次還會選擇住這裡。

Holiday Inn express 是一間很舒適整潔的酒店，很喜歡。這店步行約15分鐘便可到達溫沙城堡，很方便。

酒店周邊環境優美，都是居民區，幾乎沒有雜人，居民很nice 酒店服務到位，英文地道，房間密度低，服務人員距離感適中 早餐環境乾淨，品類簡潔質量高，水果新鮮，推薦牛奶泡各種麥片 期待再來

入住的家庭房十分寬敞，佈局合理，為孩子提供了充足的活動空間。酒店位置離溫莎城堡大概20分鐘路程，整體環境舒適，服務響應及時，是一次愉快的度假體驗。

房間空間舒適安靜，早餐比較豐富，衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度好，性價比較高，略為距離火車站遠滴滴，需多走幾步

Big round. Great service. Near airport this can hear the airplane flying by at all times. Prepared breakfast to take away as their restaurant under renovation.

酒店很不錯，工作人員熱情周到，房間乾淨衞生舒適。還有交錢的地下車庫可以停車🅿️走路到溫莎城堡附近也不遠，下次還會再來的！

I used 訂房網站.com to book our family break for my daughter’s birthday surprise to Lego land, when booking I always pay at the hotel, 3 weeks before our 訂房網站 the total balance of our hotel was taken from my account to be then told I would still have to make payment upon arrival as this was just a authentication payment. This means £600 I would have paid in total for the hotel. No where in the confirmation email of booking did it state this so the hotel sorted the payment out for me. 2 days before before the 訂房網站 I had a email from the hotel stating it would be continental breakfast because of on going work in the lobby area. This left me with very little notice to find else where as everywhere was booked with it been the school holidays. When we arrived at the hotel we was told it £15 a night to park in the hotel for the price of the hotel I found this rather poor. Breakfast on the first morning was very poor, it was cold bacon sandwich and cold sausage sandwhich. Whilst spending 3 days in the hotel there wasn’t one builder in sight. The second morning buffy was open which was ok. The cleaners that came in our room didn’t change the cups for tea and coffee they was just rinsed and placed on the bathroom side next to the sink. The price we paid and what we received was really poor so wouldn’t stay here again.
